AI based Call Centre Bot
The AI bot is implemented for a telecommunication company. This bot can be deployed for conversations through several social media platforms like WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram, so customers interact with the bot through the social media platforms.
The customer interactions with the bot, can be accessed by the human agents through a third-party agent interface. The same interface also escalates the customer interactions to the human agents based on the need and the messages are forwarded to the Bot backend servers.
The backend servers serve the below purpose.
1. Identifies the customer’s sentiment.
2. Link the messages from the agent interface to the different service flows.
3. Process different conversations based on the service identified.
4. Ability to connect to ChatGPT for various functions like intent classification etc.
5. Respond back to the customer query through the same channels.
6. Stores the required information in the database, for the analytics and reports on several performance metrics.
